Our vice president is building a reputation for what some think are “creepy” moves during televised events. For example, during the swearing in of the 114th Congress, Biden attempted to kiss the daughter of Senator Chris Coons (D-DE).
It seems that “Uncle Joe” is continuing his legacy of creating awkward televised moments. At the swearing in of new Defense Sec Ashton Carter, Vice President Biden swooped in behind Sec Carter’s wife and appeared to… sniff her hair.
